The Costume Shop .ie is Ireland's biggest online fancy dress costume shop. Founded in 2007, we have grown rapidly to become the leading costume retailer in the country. With customers in 30+ countries The Costume Shop will be focusing heavily in 2010 on expanding its reach outside of Ireland.

The Halloween market has seen strong growth in the last years as the availability of choice lead to more adults dressing up. The advantage of being an online presence over a physical store in this industry is massive, allowing us to have the variety of tens of thousands of items for sale without the constraints and expenses of a physical store.

Our costume shop has grown organically responding to customer needs and requests. In 2010 we have expanded to open a party supplies section, which includes products such as disposable helium gas canisters for filling helium balloons - this was a result of customers saying that they didn't want to spend their hours before their big party running around collecting balloons from a shop or paying over inflated prices for them to be placed at the venue for them.
